Swimming has numerous virtues; it is a sport that soothes and relaxes.
As a comprehensive sport, swimming engages all the muscles of the body, as well as the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, in a harmonious manner.
OBJECTIVES:
This training is intended for individuals whose goal is to engage in sports through swimming.
Adult swimming sessions allow you to enhance your technical skills in the four strokes (breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke, butterfly).
To maintain and improve your physical qualities, primarily endurance, strength, and speed, all tailored to each individual's level and pace of progress, and to practice swimming without a competitive spirit, in a friendly group atmosphere.
Please bring: swimsuit, swimming goggles, towel, and water bottle (fins, mask, and snorkel optional depending on the training).
