- Swimwear is compulsory throughout the centre including in saunas and steam rooms.
- Swimming shorts are allowed.

- Open to everyone.
- Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult in swim wear.
- Children under 3 must wear a special swimming nappy (on sale at reception)
