The AQUAMOTION centre is also in charge of aquatic surveillance of the PRAZ lake.
As a Lifeguard/Swimming Instructor, you will be the hero of our swimming pools and the natural lake of PRAZ Courchevel, ensuring the supervision and safety, fun and satisfaction of our visitors by applying the regulations in force. Your vigilance will help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all our customers.
You will have the opportunity to create magical memories by leading sporting and fun aquatic activities, with our wide range of activities (AquaPaddle, AquaFit, AquaBike, AquaPalm, AquaBox, Swimming) while supervising the sensational slides and offering exceptional service to our customers. During the month of June, we welcome school swimming for children from the area.
To collaborate, you will be accompanied by the sports centre coordinator and the head of the pools. You will evolve within a great team of 19 lifeguards, in a renowned site.
In addition, we are delighted to offer you a full 3-day induction, including a day of discovery of the centre, a day of first aid refresher training and a day of training for our indoor surf wave, the "WaveMotion Arena". This induction period will allow you to fully familiarise yourself with our centre and our procedures, thus ensuring a smooth appropriation of your new environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and evolve in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for people who are passionate about water, dynamic and smiling, ready to dive into the AQUAMOTION COURCHEVEL adventure with enthusiasm. Your concrete training in AquaSports and knowledge of aquatic safety and first aid regulations are real strengths and assets.
Seasonal fixed-term contract for a period of 35 hours per month. Several contract options are available to you:

You will also have the opportunity to lead various aquatic activities such as our WAVE MOTION ARENA indoor surf wave and daily activities in the pools, to offer an exceptional service to our visitors. One day a week, you will have the opportunity to work on the water at PRAZ Lake.

Within a team of 9 people, reporting to the Hygiene Manager:
• As a multi-purpose agent, you will ensure the cleanliness of the centre and welcome customers to the changing rooms and carry out maintenance tasks on the site.
• You will participate in the permanent cleanliness of the site.
• You will implement the maintenance plan and cleaning techniques.
• You will welcome, guide and inform customers about the different areas.
• You will participate in the general animation of the site (activities, events, etc.)
• You will ensure everyone's safety (detect and report any anomalies and malfunctions, etc.)
